REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At SALEOMAX, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be requested, in accordance with Indian consumer laws.


Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

A return or replacement request may be raised only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking

  • The product is missing items or incorrectly delivered

  • The product is tampered with during transit

โš ๏ธ Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or ordering the wrong item.


Return Request Window

  • Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted

Evidence Requirement (Mandatory)

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear images or videos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • Inner packaging

    • The product showing damage / issue

Failure to provide adequate proof may result in rejection of the request.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

  • Products without original packaging, labels, or accessories

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts by the customer


Replacement Policy

  • If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

  • Replacements are subject to product availability

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed


Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting necessary details


Shipping & Logistics Deductions

  • If a return is approved due to our error (damaged / wrong item), no charges will be deducted

  • If an order is returned due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Customer unavailability

    • Refusal to accept delivery

    Shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund


Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If an order is lost in transit or not delivered due to courier-related issues:

  • We will investigate with the logistics partner

  • A replacement or refund will be issued after confirmation


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
